Autumn is finally here and the days are finally cooling down. The nights are drawing in and there's probably already a chill in the air. I love Autumn mainly because I find summer too hot and bright for my liking. Also my birthday is in October, 4 days before Halloween itself. My older brother actually has his birthday on the 31st. For us growing up our birthday parties were always Halloween themed. He's much older than me so while he was off doing more grown up things I would have the usual party that kids have. Bob for apples and fancy costumes.
Even as an adult now I still love Halloween. Seeing pumpkins and kids dressed up always brings a sense of excitement.

These day it's much easier in Britain to have Halloween parties, dress up and go trick or treating. The shops sell more Halloween goodies than they used to. And of course, there's the internet. It's still not a big holiday like in America, but we still have lots of fun, right?! The old and the young alike enjoy dressing up and parting the dark night away. Which spooky monsters do you like to dress up as? I always like vampires or witches.
